Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Moving has been a lot of fun for me, but this was by far the best. The movers were prompt, careful, and professional; they packed all of my possessions securely. Even my heavy furniture was no problem for them to move. When I move again, I will hire this company.
The office relocation was handled carefully and efficiently. The movers kept everything organized, packed electronics safely, and set up desks where needed. It was efficient, professional, and helped us return to work without unnecessary delays.
I had a small move from my dorm room to a shared place. The movers handled my boxes and computer setup carefully. The service was quick, and the team kept everything organized from start to finish.
I had a narrow 2-day window between leases, and Alliance Van Lines worked with me to lock in a move date with minimal back-and-forth. They didn’t overpromise, and the movers showed up exactly when scheduled. Everything got out and in without me stressing the gap. I thank them sincerely!
I put my info and request online for movers to take my belongings from PA to TN. Dave from Alliance Van Lines called me, along with 5 other companies trying to give me quotes. Prior to speaking with Dave, I had received 2 other quotes and was planning to use one of them. Dave sounded like a used car sales man, very pushy and rushed; “limited time offer if you reserve right now”. He gave me a quote, when I said I had one for $1,000 less, he dropped his price down $1100 and added extra things like “long haul” and “elevator or stairs” to sweeten the deal. This all sounded great so I booked but later I learned that Alliance is a broker and not the actual moving company and the information Dave gave me was either inaccurate or he did not fully explain things; he just wanted the business. I will never use this company again, nor recommend it.
The team made our office-to-home move smooth and stress-free, accommodating our requests and reassembling furniture. The crew was punctual, courteous, and professional, even working after hours, and handled everything with care, including disassembling furniture and navigating a four-story move without the use of an elevator.
My recent move was sudden – the building was undergoing emergency repairs, and I had just days to vacate. The company didn’t blink. They got me packed in a single day, handled all the heavy lifting, and delivered everything safely to my temporary space. It was such a high-stress situation, but their calm and efficiency made it feel under control. I still don’t know how they pulled it off so fast!
I had no idea how to move the treadmill without damaging it or hurting anyone. The movers carefully disassembled and labeled the handlebars and console. Metal components were padded to prevent scratching. They assembled the treadmill in the basement of the new home. Everything worked well.
My cousin and I moved from TN to DE for college, and we didn’t have a lot of time. The movers packed fast but still made sure things were safe. They helped us label each box so we could find stuff later. It took a few days to reach, but it all showed up in good shape, which helped a lot.
My cross-town move involved a massive collection of art prints. The movers brought flat boxes and special wrapping materials. They were extremely careful with every single rolled-up print. They set up the canvases in the new living room. They were great with the sensitive items. I would highly recommend them.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Alliance Van Lines holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
