Consummate professionals
I had a quick local move for my two-bedroom unit and wasn't expecting much, but the service exceeded my expectations. The movers were on time, polite, and worked like clockwork. They wrapped everything up and successfully moved it without any damage. Even though it wasn't a huge job, they treated it with professionalism. I was honestly surprised at how well everything was handled.

Capable Movers!
My job required an out-of-state move with a narrow turnaround time. They packed, loaded, and delivered everything in mint condition within 72 hours. It was a spectacular experience in every way!

They took great care in wrapping all our furniture.
We needed storage for three months before moving into our new house. The movers picked up the items and stored them safely. When we were ready, they delivered the items without delay. The process was simple, and I didn’t have to manage anything. If you need storage and delivery, this service works well.

WARNING!! AVOID!!! Bait and Switch!!!
WARNING!!! AVOID!!! They will provide you with a great quote and then show up and try to charge you way more. I started out at $4200.00 then I did the review again before the move and they increased the price to $5500.00 I thought that would at least be safe, they showed up and wanted $11,000.00 to move me. They said I had way more stuff than what was quoted. Of course, I said I cannot pay this much I don't have it. So they tried to find another mover to do it for cheaper and they cam e back to me at $9000.00 on top of my $800.00 deposit. I explained I cannot afford it as I don't have the money for this. Of course they said ok if you reject the offer we are keeping your deposit. So I lost $800.00 and had to rent a truck and move it myself. Now mind you my original quote was for 1200 cubic feet and after the movers showed up they said it was 2300 cubic feet and thats why my price went up so much. So the original quote was almost 100% off. You would think they would have an idea when you provide a detailed inventory. They do not know what they are doing. To make matters worse, I packed all of my belongings in a 26ft truck to approximately 1700 cubic feet. So after the movers did a visual inspection of all my belongings they tried to over charge me on the spot by 600 cubic feet and not give me my deposit money back. This company tried to put me in a corner on a day that I planned to have everything done. Thankfully I was able and prepared to say no and had the time to make other arrangements. Most people do not have the option and they have to get the move done that day. I cannot imagine how many people have been taken advantage of by this company. Very disappointed with the experience. The lease they could have done was give me my deposit back since they completely missed the mark on the original and updated estimates. Their contracts are set to take advantage of you. Do not give them a deposit and I would recommend that you only work with a company that does a visual inspection of your goods and provides options if they are going to increase they charge for any reason. Be careful out there, apparently a lot of these small movers operate this way.

The movers were patient, never rushed her, and asked before moving anything personal. They even offered to help rearrange the furniture once we arrived. Their kindness made a tough day feel much smoother. I could tell they cared about more than just getting the job done.

Great Customers Services!
We had to split a move into two parts: one half of our things went into storage, and the rest went to our new apartment. The movers kept everything organized and followed our labeling system perfectly. We had kitchenware, framed art, and a few electronics, and everything arrived in perfect shape. It felt like they were genuinely paying attention to the details we cared about.

Very scammy. Beware of pushy sales people and costly surprises.
I put my info and request online for movers to take my belongings from PA to TN. Dave from Alliance Van Lines called me, along with 5 other companies trying to give me quotes. Prior to speaking with Dave, I had received 2 other quotes and was planning to use one of them. Dave sounded like a used car sales man, very pushy and rushed; “limited time offer if you reserve right now”. He gave me a quote, when I said I had one for $1,000 less, he dropped his price down $1100 and added extra things like “long haul” and “elevator or stairs” to sweeten the deal. This all sounded great so I booked but later I learned that Alliance is a broker and not the actual moving company and the information Dave gave me was either inaccurate or he did not fully explain things; he just wanted the business. I will never use this company again, nor recommend it.

They Took great care off My items
I was moving my home office, which has a lot of expensive electronics, including computers, printers, and monitors. I was worried about the delicate equipment getting damaged during the move. The movers took great care to wrap and secure everything. They even helped me set up my desk and computer in the new space. I felt confident knowing everything was handled with such care.
