After all of my horrible moving experiences, I only trust this firm to give me good service. During their move, they took excellent care of my workout equipment. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
I put my info and request online for movers to take my belongings from PA to TN. Dave from Alliance Van Lines called me, along with 5 other companies trying to give me quotes. Prior to speaking with Dave, I had received 2 other quotes and was planning to use one of them. Dave sounded like a used car sales man, very pushy and rushed; “limited time offer if you reserve right now”. He gave me a quote, when I said I had one for $1,000 less, he dropped his price down $1100 and added extra things like “long haul” and “elevator or stairs” to sweeten the deal. This all sounded great so I booked but later I learned that Alliance is a broker and not the actual moving company and the information Dave gave me was either inaccurate or he did not fully explain things; he just wanted the business. I will never use this company again, nor recommend it.
Their movers deserve all the praise. It was extremely hot on moving day, but they remained focused like true professionals. They didn’t take any breaks and made sure to wrap up the move within schedule. We are beyond grateful to them!
We used these movers when I switched apartments. They loaded all my boxes in one trip and helped take apart my bed frame. They just got it done without wasting time or talking too much.

I had a small move from my dorm room to a shared place. The movers handled my boxes and computer setup carefully. The service was quick, and the team kept everything organized from start to finish.
My cousin and I moved from TN to DE for college, and we didn’t have a lot of time. The movers packed fast but still made sure things were safe. They helped us label each box so we could find stuff later. It took a few days to reach, but it all showed up in good shape, which helped a lot.
We needed storage for three months before moving into our new house. The movers picked up the items and stored them safely. When we were ready, they delivered the items without delay. The process was simple, and I didn’t have to manage anything. If you need storage and delivery, this service works well.
Crooks!!!! They charged me 150% of the price I was quoted and so many of my things have arrived damaged. They make false claims, have so many hidden fees, and they arrived the day after they were supposed to. I was also given a window of 3pm-7pm and they arrived at 11pm. Please never use this company.
This is the worst moving company that I have ever used after moving across the country seven times. Horrible customer service, and communication, and did not honor the contract terms. Did not honor the requested move date.
