-A crew of 6 people came and packed, wrapped and loaded my - -entire house in less than 7 on their semi-trailer. Highly recommended! -When I requested a few last-minute changes, the staff was more than glad to oblige. Even before their movers arrived on the scheduled moving day, they kept me updated half an hour before the arrival. They have my heartfelt appreciation. -The movers took great care with my treasured antique baby cradle. Their great attention to detail in protecting our child's belongings was well-appreciated. I neglected to mention a few more items to my mover, but they still took it for me.

Good communication

We really appreciated the way our movers treated us. They communicated with us and answered all of our newbie questions. Their grasp of methods and available equipment got the work at our old house completed in minimal time. In fact, we were ready to leave in less time than the plan called for. Worst customer service

May 1st, 2024 If there was a 0 stars, I would have chosen that. They don't even deserve one star. My mother passed away I wanted to get some of her stuff moved from California to Oklahoma. I messaged with several moving companies and even had ones with less expensive quotes but I liked the saleswoman (Anne) at A1A Movers, we chatted about people who have passed. She seemed genuine. All our conversations happened through text because I wanted everything in black and white. No, I said, she said. The day of pickup, the movers got there and right away, said that it's going to be doubled of what was quoted. I said uh no! I have through text messages that there wouldn't be any price changes and that was the price. They insisted on doubling the price. I got on the phone with the dispatcher and A1A and told the movers to leave. I said not falling for the bait and switch game. I asked for a refund of my deposit and chatted with several people at A1A. Sent them the text messages on how the price was not going to change. After going round and round. One of the managers called me and said no refund and hung up. Do not use this company. They will rip you off.

I recommend them 100%!

Their movers were the most considerate ones I’ve hired in a long time. They removed their shoes before entering my house, wore gloves and were mindful about not creating a mess since I requested them. After they’d loaded my furniture and electronics, they also came back to ensure that they left my place clean. I recommend them 100%!
