Why was my review removed?
We never remove a review just because it’s negative or because a moving company asked us to. We remove a review, or the part that breaks our rules, only if it:
- is fake, bought or rewarded, or comes from someone connected to the company or a competitor;
- isn’t about a real experience with that company, or is on the wrong company’s profile;
- includes threats, hate speech or obscene content;
- shares private information, such as a phone number or home address;
- is advertising or spam;
- was written by an AI tool or by someone other than the customer.
When we remove a review, we email you to explain why. If only part of it broke our rules, we may remove just that part or ask you to edit it.
If you disagree
Reply to the email we sent you and explain why. If it still isn’t resolved, you can appeal.
