Why can’t I delete my listing?

Your listing stays on My Good Movers because consumers rely on the reviews it shows. We keep it live even if you stop using paid programs, so you can’t cancel or delete it yourself.
What you can always do
- update your profile details in your dashboard;
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong;
- ask us to remove personal information about you or your staff, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If your company has closed
If your company has closed, been sold or stopped moving people, email [email protected] and we will update the listing to show it.
When a paid program ends, your Basic listing and your reviews stay as they are.
