Who can write a review?

By MGM Editorial Team Last updated

You can write a review if

  • you hired the moving company, booked it or paid it a deposit, including moves that went wrong or never happened;
  • you are 18 or older;
  • you dealt with the company yourself, or you arranged the move.

You can write one review per move. You don’t need an account or an invitation.

You can’t write a review if

  • you work for the company, own part of it, or are a close friend or family member of its owner or staff;
  • you work for, or are connected to, a competing moving company;
  • you were paid, or offered anything of value, to write the review.

We remove reviews from anyone connected to the company or to a competitor.
