What do “Verified” and “Invited” mean?

By MGM Editorial Team Last updated

Some reviews show a label. The label tells you how the review reached us.

Label

What it means

Verified

We invited the reviewer after they requested quotes through My Good Movers and booked that company (the company confirmed the booking), or the reviewer showed us proof of the move, such as an estimate, invoice or bill of lading.

Invited

The moving company invited the reviewer by email from its My Good Movers dashboard.

No label

The reviewer came to us on their own and clicked “Write a Review”.

Every review goes through the same checks, whatever its label. A review without a label is not less trustworthy; it just reached us without an invitation or proof.

Moving companies must invite every customer in the same way, not only happy ones. Payment never changes whether a review shows a label.
