How to edit or delete your review

Your review is yours. You can change it or remove it at any time, and no moving company is allowed to pressure you either way.
Update your review
If the company fixed the problem or your experience changed, you can update your review. Contact us and tell us which review you mean.
Remove your review
Use the Delete Review link in the email we sent you when your review went live. You don’t need an account. If you can’t find that email, write to [email protected] and tell us which review you want deleted. We delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
If a company asks you to change it
A moving company must never threaten you, offer you something, or hold back your belongings to make you change or remove a review. If that happens, report it.
