Moving company in Dallas, TX
The team was polite, efficient, and handled my belongings with care. The entire process was smooth and definitely alleviated the stress of moving. Highly commend the Good Neighbor Moving team for a hassle-free and reliable moving experience!
They were timely and efficient. They handled fragile items with care. Most of my stuff was unloaded as storage and I was very pleased with their organizational skills of how everything was stacked. They were also accommodating and flexible with my move schedule. I would hire them again.
Arrived on time with advanced notice of arrival, movers were all professional, worked very quickly, packed/wrapped all tvs and dressers exceptionally. By far the best moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved plenty in my military days. They are insured and handled everything with upmost care. I highly recommend will definitely use again in the future.
Excellent work, would absolutely recommend. George and his crew were fast, efficient and very professional. They had to put apart bed and trumble bed and put it back together, really appreciate the gist and very competitive price. Would use them again.
I can’t say enough good things about this company. The staff was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys. They made the move as easy as they could for me, there were no issues, they were so kind and comforting, truly went above and beyond. They loaded my belongings with care, had a great attitude, very thorough and efficient, double checked nothing was left behind, all while being engaging and thoughtful. I have had traumatic moving experiences in the past so I am so thankful I finally found one with integrity. I cannot recommend them enough, I was so pleased with this experience. Do yourself a favor and move with X Van Lines LLC!
2 men came to help and did an outstanding job. I book for the late afternoon so i knew they were gonna be tired from the morning move. The still did a great job - I pre-labeled everything with color post-its for each room and they just put everything where it was suppose to be. They wrapped up all fragile furniture and made sure that nothing would get damaged. They had to move things down a flight or stairs and then back up a flight. Make sure to have some bottle waters for them in the fridge as your cups will be packed.
I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for their kindness, professionalism, and customer service. I was so impressed by their sincerity in every single personal interaction - from phone calls, to texts, to in-person estimates, to moving days. They are highly responsive, positive, and helpful. Gordon and Cathy made me feel at ease and had my full trust with moving our belongings to storage for 2+ months and then moving them to our new home. Moving is stressful but each step of the way they made me feel calm and taken care of. The moving crews were friendly and efficient. They worked hard while also connecting with us as their clients. They were sweet to my young children and thorough in the details of their work.
Not only were they patient and solution-oriented, but the crew treated everything they moved for us as if it were their own. It was reassuring to have Johnny, Nate, Carmel, Shaun and the crew working through this project with us side by side. Even on the most stressful day - their professionalism was unmatched, and Vince as the owner was incredibly responsive. He made it clear that taking excellent care of both us as his customers, and his crew of employees was his priority. When X Van Lines LLC say "we'll get this done for you" they mean every word!
We have moved corporately several times. This move was our personal decision and I am very glad we selected X Van Lines LLC! This was our best move yet!
If you're looking for movers you can actually trust with your stuff (and your sanity), book Jaden and his team immediately. They made what’s usually a stressful day feel easy. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you again, Jaden — you guys are the real deal!
