They used these huge rollers to wrap the plastic securely around the furniture, a technique I've never seen before, and I've hired movers at least four times. It made a sound like skates on ice that was as reassuring (knowing they were protecting our stuff) as if they were singing. If you know anyone who is planning to move, I highly recommend them. They were mentioned in Philadelphia Magazine and The Inquirer, which is how I found them.

There were two long days of packing and moving, and everyone stayed positive and helpful throughout. Chris was very communicative - updated me as things happened and was very transparent. The team was careful to check on where the furniture should be placed and also took care when packing. Would recommend!
Some of my furniture had to be taken apart, which I thought would be a hassle. But they brought tools and knew exactly what to do. The disassembly and reassembly were fast and flawless. X Van Lines even helped me rearrange a few things after delivery. They didn’t mind staying a little longer. This was real white-glove service. So worth the price!
