Moving company in Dallas, TX
They completed the work within the promised timeframe, handled all the complexities of moving between apartments with flexibility, and were excellent at what they do. I’m grateful for how they followed up and responded to all our requests.
Had such a great experience with this company!! They were incredibly professional and extremely efficient! Very personable and they took really good care wrapping and transporting my furniture. Such a better experience than my previous moves with other companies in the area. Cannot recommend enough!! I’ll be using them again for future moves for sure.
The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The movers were prompt, the customer service is professional and extremely helpful. The price was also very reasonable. Overall, Graceful Moves lived up to their name, and I’m truly glad I chose them. Highly recommended!
The crew were professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service was top tier. Movers handled the furniture with care and wrapped each piece individually for safe travel. Very friendly and accommodating. Upon delivery they continued handling furniture with care and exceeded my expectations by putting all the furniture back together in the rooms that we designated.
X Van Lines LLC are very professional, efficient, reliable, and always on time. I have worked with them several times and would highly recommend their services. Their team consistently provides excellent support, and I greatly appreciate their help.
They handled everything carefully, had a great attitude, and were very respectful the whole time. Pricing was also very fair for the work they did. Overall, smooth and stress-free move. Definitely recommend them if you need reliable movers.
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
All the necessary traits to make a stressful move an actual enjoyable experience. These guys have completed three moves for my family over the past 1-2 years and each time they still blow me away with their amazing "We Got You, Don't Worry" attitude and smiles!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Billy, Jen and team for always treating me and my family like your family during our moves!
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
They showed up right on time, very professional. They Explain the process to me were very informative as the day went on, they set up everything at the new place perfectly and they were both very pleasant to work with I would definitely recommend X Van Lines LLC
