The cost estimate range for my whole-house move was astonishingly reasonable and, at the end of the day, we came in mid range and under what I had anticipated.
Yeah, the way they handled awkward furniture showed real experience. No scuffs, no rush — just clean, controlled effort. Their methods? WOW, straight-up professional. Padding was thick and wrapped tight on every corner. Even the small things were protected. Felt like high-end service all around.
Scheduling was easy and communication leading up to the move was consistent. Walkthroughs were done without delays. SO PROFESSIONAL it honestly surprised me. Crew members wore gloves, used floor protection, and stayed focused. Even helped move a heavy old safe. Absolute five-star service. Everything done right.

What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
The booking process was also great, being able to text really helped with the hours that my job has, and it was easy to insert the furniture items that we wanted to be moved. This was verified at a later date and I was able to edit and add items.
Excellent group of professional movers! These guys showed up on time and got right to work - packed with care - and made sure we were completely satisfied! Highly recommended!!! A++++
they worked efficiently and quickly to get us moved in. The team was professional, considerate and careful with our belongings. I really enjoyed how communicative they were in providing updates about the progress of the move. Our friends will be moving soon and we will highly recommend this team!
What impressed us most was how thoughtful they were while moving everything into our new home. They took the time to protect the walls and surrounding areas, handled every item carefully, and made sure nothing was damaged along the way. You could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job correctly rather than simply rushing through it.
