Moving company in Dallas, TX
They checked to make sure everything was going to the right room upon arrival. Not to mention, they are very very kind people which is of course an added bonus during a move which can be stressful. Definitely recommend! đź‘Ś
The cost estimate range for my whole-house move was astonishingly reasonable and, at the end of the day, we came in mid range and under what I had anticipated.
They asked me if there were any items I would like to have them leave out just in case I may need them. They saw that the last movers did not do a good job boxing or wrapping up my furniture and other things and redid them. They also understood my concerns for the condition of my belongings and made sure that they treated them with care when they loaded and unloaded them.
the team was incredibly kind, meticulous, and super communicative throughout the entire process. They were lifesavers, rolling with every punch – from our moving van falling through last minute to handling extra items like our plants that weren't originally quoted. They even made a run for more boxes and supplies when we realized we had more than planned!
It was a great experience working with X Van Lines LLC. The firm is very professional, provides detailed estimate prior to the move and kept me updated in the process. No hidden cost. The three movers led by Oleg arrived on time, very propositional and paid attention to details. They carefully wrapped everything, didn’t damage anything (including the moved items and anything in my from and to houses). I’m very grateful for their great job and will definitely refer the firm to my family and friends.
From my first point of contact to the end of moving day was seamless and easy! Jayden, Mitchell and Ernesto were beyond helpful and professional. They didn’t help with just the move. They helped to reassure me every step of the way,
We are really overwhelmed about our new house and they made it so much easier. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Everything was nicely packed and they helped us place our stuff propertly. Very good communication, no item was damaged. They were delicate and professional with all items, especially our electronics. You’re in good hands.
The kids were staying with their grandma while we were trying to calm down a very borky Great Pyrenees diva and a very stressed Mr. Cat. To top it off, on the day of the move the valve broke when I went to disconnect our washer. Then when I went to replace the valve, thd copper pipe broke. 5 trips to Lowes and a call to an emergency plumber later, these guys had finished disassembling and packing up our entire house without water to use the bathroom in the time it took for me to admit defeat. Then when the plumber showed up to the house while we were unpacking the truck into the storage unit, they were very understanding and let me run home to approve the work since their (the plumber's) estimate wouldn't seem to load in the app. By the time I got back, they had Tetris'd my entire home into a 10 x 30 storage unit. They took a very stressful move (and even more stressful day), and made it feel like a success story. I WILL be using X Van Lines LLC when we decide to move our household goods out of storage.
They immediately impressed me by the questions they asked, their thoroughness, and awareness. I work in sales, and I always like to see how different companies go about their business. What I liked about Best CA movers is that they that truly earned my business, and gave me a fair market price. Fast forward to my move yesterday, and wow, Bob and Ali blew me away! They were on time, communicated well, and moved quickly. I didn’t have a ton to move, but the process went so smooth. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC, and would use them again!
Could not be happier with out move! The guys were awesome and so efficient. They were pretty much done loading the truck at only an hour in. We had a heavy upright that they took like a champ. Couldn't have asked for a better experience using these friendly movers. Hoping to not move again any time soon, but if I do I know who I'm calling.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. X Van Lines LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
