Electronic moved safely

Had a home office with electronics. They wrapped everything in anti-static blankets. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. The guy even labeled my boxes. Price was reasonable.

large home with two bedrooms

From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.

Piano and full house, no damage

Big family move across the state. Four bedrooms and a piano. They brought extra guys for the piano. Took two days. Everything arrived. The piano was in tune. Worth the price.

I’ve moved six times, and West Star Moving Solutions was easily the most organized. They confirmed the appointment twice and showed up 10 minutes early. The tricky part was a large sectional that had to go around a tight corner in the stairwell – they used felt sliders and angled it out without marking the walls. Full house , no damage

The crew was fast but careful – my glass coffee table arrived without a scratch. The problem was a heavy treadmill that didn’t fit through the new apartment’s bedroom door. They partially disassembled it in the hallway, moved it in, and reassembled it in 20 minutes. No extra charge for that. Great with fragile kitchen items

I packed my own kitchen boxes but worried about glassware and ceramic dishes. The West Star crew re-wrapped some of my looser-packed boxes without being asked. The challenge came when a vintage hutch wouldn’t clear the new apartment’s entry – they removed the legs and the top molding piece, got it inside, and put everything back perfectly. Communication was excellent via text updates. A crew member named Jessica even pointed out a crack in an old plate before wrapping it separately. Felt like they cared as much as I did. Would hire again.
