Seattle to Bellevue move done right

We moved from Seattle to Bellevue for a job change. The crew arrived on time and used stretch wrap on the upholstered furniture without being asked. The GPS tracking was active and accurate. Price matched the estimate. Done ahead of schedule. The coordinator followed up after delivery to confirm everything was complete. Professional Washington move.

San Jose to Santa Clara, quick California studio move

Studio move between two California cities. Two movers, arrived on time, done in about two hours. My guitar was handled carefully after I mentioned it. Price matched the quote exactly. Furniture placed where directed. Floor protection used at the destination without prompting. Simple California move from a professional crew.

Spokane to Tacoma, reliable Washington crew

Long Washington state drive with a full load. The crew loaded carefully and the truck was secured before departure. Coordinator checked in during transit. Delivery was on the day promised. Everything arrived in good condition. A few boxes had minor exterior dents from the long drive but nothing inside was affected. Price matched the quote.

Quick move, no issues

Short move. They were on time and efficient. I was on a work call most of the time. They finished about three hours. Nothing broken. Price was reasonable.

Plants survived the move

We moved from Orlando to Winter Park. The crew was friendly and worked fast. My wife was worried about her plants—they made sure they were secure. Took about four hours. Everything arrived in good shape. No surprise fees.

Office move over the weekend, no disruption

Our small office needed to relocate from Delray Beach to Boca Raton. West Star worked Saturday and Sunday so we didn't miss any business days. IT equipment, filing cabinets, and the conference table were placed in the right rooms. We were operational Monday morning without chasing anything down. The coordinator handled the scheduling clearly. Good commercial move.

Delray Beach studio move, in and out fast

Small studio move between Delray Beach and Deerfield Beach. Two movers, showed up on time, done in about 90 minutes. Price was flat and fair. The crew placed floor protection at the destination without being asked. My bike was loaded carefully. Simple local Florida move done without any complications.

large home with two bedrooms

From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.

Electronic moved safely

Had a home office with electronics. They wrapped everything in anti-static blankets. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. The guy even labeled my boxes. Price was reasonable.

Full house , no damage

Full house move. Three bedrooms and a garage full of stuff. They sent a three-man crew. Took a full day. No damage. They even helped me set up my washer. Price was in the middle of the quotes I got.
