Moving company in Delray Beach, FL
Short move. They were on time and efficient. I was on a work call most of the time. They finished about three hours. Nothing broken. Price was reasonable.
Small move. They were on time and worked quickly. I was eating lunch when they finished. Nothing broken. Price was fair.
Small studio move. They showed up on time and got to work. I was still packing when they arrived but they helped me finish. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. Price was what they quoted.
Moving in South Florida during season means traffic and logistics challenges. The West Star crew accounted for the drive time and arrived within the window. Everything was handled carefully. Price matched the quote. The coordinator had confirmed all the building rules in advance. Good South Florida move.
One-bedroom condo move from Miami to West Palm Beach. The Complete Care System coordinator confirmed the details and the crew showed up within the stated window. Moving blankets on all the furniture, stretch wrap on the couch. Nothing damaged. Price matched the estimate. The coordinator followed up after delivery. Good South Florida move.
Display shelving, inventory racks, and point-of-sale systems moved from Seattle to Bellevue over a Sunday. West Star organized the inventory carefully during the move. Everything was set up in the right locations before we needed to open Monday. The coordinator managed the room assignments in advance. A couple of display racks needed minor reassembly on our end. Good commercial move.
Had a home office with electronics. They wrapped everything in anti-static blankets. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. The guy even labeled my boxes. Price was reasonable.
From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.
Big family move from Boise to Eagle. Crew of four, organized and professional. The coordinator had the room assignments ready for the crew. Kids' furniture was set up first as requested. Price matched the estimate. Nothing was damaged. The move coordinator followed up the day after to confirm everything was in order. Good Idaho family move.
Moving a five-bedroom estate from Montana to California is not a simple logistics problem. West Star's coordinator managed both ends and the GPS tracking was used throughout the transit days. High-value furniture was packed with premium materials. Delivery was within the guaranteed window. Everything arrived without significant damage. The price was significant but matched the quote.
