Condo move in California done ahead of schedule

The crew navigated the San Francisco building rules efficiently and coordinated with my elevator reservation. Everything was loaded and at the Oakland destination within about three hours. Price matched the quote exactly. My guitar collection was handled carefully after I pointed it out. Simple California move, no complications.

California to Washington move with reliable GPS tracking

Interstate move from California to Washington. The GPS tracking was useful during the transit days and the coordinator was responsive when I had questions. Delivery was on the promised day. My furniture arrived in good condition. Price stayed close to the original estimate. Good interstate experience moving up the Pacific coast.

Stairs didn't slow them down

Moved from Sarasota to Venice. The stairs in my townhouse were a pain. They didn't complain. Wrapped all my furniture. Took about six hours. Price was in the middle of the quotes i got.

large home with two bedrooms

From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.

Cat hid, everything fine

Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano. The crew was polite and careful. Wrapped my TV and mirrors. Took about 5 hours. My cat hid under the bed. They didn't care. Everything was fine.

Electronic moved safely

Had a home office with electronics. They wrapped everything in anti-static blankets. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. The guy even labeled my boxes. Price was reasonable.

Tech company relocation with zero downtime

Moving a tech company means server racks, workstations, and equipment that cannot be mishandled. West Star scheduled a two-night move to minimize downtime. Everything was connected and operational when we opened. The coordinator planned the staging clearly. One monitor stand needed reassembly guidance but the crew figured it out quickly. Good commercial execution for a tech office move.
