Moving company in Delray Beach, FL
Had a home office with electronics. They wrapped everything in anti-static blankets. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. The guy even labeled my boxes. Price was reasonable.
Big family move across the state. Four bedrooms and a piano. They brought extra guys for the piano. Took two days. Everything arrived. The piano was in tune. Worth the price.
Our small office needed to relocate from Delray Beach to Boca Raton. West Star worked Saturday and Sunday so we didn't miss any business days. IT equipment, filing cabinets, and the conference table were placed in the right rooms. We were operational Monday morning without chasing anything down. The coordinator handled the scheduling clearly. Good commercial move.
From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.
Studio move between two California cities. Two movers, arrived on time, done in about two hours. My guitar was handled carefully after I mentioned it. Price matched the quote exactly. Furniture placed where directed. Floor protection used at the destination without prompting. Simple California move from a professional crew.
Full house move. Three bedrooms and a garage full of stuff. They sent a three-man crew. Took a full day. No damage. They even helped me set up my washer. Price was in the middle of the quotes I got.
We moved from Seattle to Bellevue for a job change. The crew arrived on time and used stretch wrap on the upholstered furniture without being asked. The GPS tracking was active and accurate. Price matched the estimate. Done ahead of schedule. The coordinator followed up after delivery to confirm everything was complete. Professional Washington move.
Moved from Sarasota to Venice. The stairs in my townhouse were a pain. They didn't complain. Wrapped all my furniture. Took about six hours. Price was in the middle of the quotes i got.
Short move. They were on time and efficient. I was on a work call most of the time. They finished about three hours. Nothing broken. Price was reasonable.
Moving from Florida to California is not simple. West Star's coordinator managed the logistics at both ends. The GPS tracking was something we checked daily during the five-day transit window. The guaranteed delivery window was accurate and everything arrived in good condition. A few boxes had minor surface wear from the distance but nothing inside was affected. Would do it again.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. West Star Moving Solutions LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
