Moving company in Delray Beach, FL
Full house move. Three bedrooms and a garage full of stuff. They sent a three-man crew. Took a full day. No damage. They even helped me set up my washer. Price was in the middle of the quotes I got.
Moved from Sarasota to Venice. The stairs in my townhouse were a pain. They didn't complain. Wrapped all my furniture. Took about six hours. Price was in the middle of the quotes i got.
I was nervous about a last-minute move, but West Star Moving Solutions fit me in within three days. The crew arrived with all the right gear—blankets, straps, shrink wrap. The tricky moment came when my mattress wouldn’t fit up the stairwell. They folded it with a special compression strap and carried it up smoothly. No wall damage, no frustration. The lead mover, Derek, explained everything as they went. The final bill was actually $50 less than the estimate. That never happens. Honest, fast, and friendly.
Moving a full three-bedroom house is never simple, but this crew made it feel manageable. They communicated arrival times clearly and worked nonstop. The main issue was an antique china cabinet that I was sure would get damaged. They built a custom cardboard shield around it and carried it separately on the truck. Nothing rattled or shifted during the drive. Pricing was upfront, and they didn’t ask for a huge deposit. I felt respected as a customer. West Star Moving Solutions earned my trust.
Big family move across the state. Four bedrooms and a piano. They brought extra guys for the piano. Took two days. Everything arrived. The piano was in tune. Worth the price.
Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano. The crew was polite and careful. Wrapped my TV and mirrors. Took about 5 hours. My cat hid under the bed. They didn't care. Everything was fine.
From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.
I’ve moved six times, and West Star Moving Solutions was easily the most organized. They confirmed the appointment twice and showed up 10 minutes early. The tricky part was a large sectional that had to go around a tight corner in the stairwell – they used felt sliders and angled it out without marking the walls. The crew lead kept me in the loop about timing, and the final bill was exactly what they quoted over the phone. For a straightforward AZ move, they delivered exactly what I hoped for. No drama, just good work.
Last-minute cancellation from a rental truck forced me to call West Star Moving Solutions. They squeezed me in two days later. The crew was fast but careful – my glass coffee table arrived without a scratch. The problem was a heavy treadmill that didn’t fit through the new apartment’s bedroom door. They partially disassembled it in the hallway, moved it in, and reassembled it in 20 minutes. No extra charge for that. A mover named Carlos explained everything clearly and kept a positive attitude the whole time. Great local-to-interstate option.
My apartment elevator was broken on move-out day, and I was terrified about carrying everything down four flights of stairs. The crew from West Star Moving Solutions didn't complain once; they just got to work and handled it with smiles. They saved me from a complete disaster and kept my furniture safe the whole way. Worth every single penny.
