Moving company in Delray Beach, FL
Big family move across the state. Four bedrooms and a piano. They brought extra guys for the piano. Took two days. Everything arrived. The piano was in tune. Worth the price.
Big family move from Boise to Eagle. Crew of four, organized and professional. The coordinator had the room assignments ready for the crew. Kids' furniture was set up first as requested. Price matched the estimate. Nothing was damaged. The move coordinator followed up the day after to confirm everything was in order. Good Idaho family move.
We moved from Orlando to Winter Park. The crew was friendly and worked fast. My wife was worried about her plants—they made sure they were secure. Took about four hours. Everything arrived in good shape. No surprise fees.
The move itself went well. The crew was professional and careful. My concern was getting confirmation of the crew window in the days before — I had to follow up twice. Once they arrived, everything was efficient. Price matched the estimate. The crew wrapped the furniture properly and nothing was damaged. Would still use them again but hope communication improves.
Moving in South Florida during season means traffic and logistics challenges. The West Star crew accounted for the drive time and arrived within the window. Everything was handled carefully. Price matched the quote. The coordinator had confirmed all the building rules in advance. Good South Florida move.
Had a home office with electronics. They wrapped everything in anti-static blankets. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. The guy even labeled my boxes. Price was reasonable.
Moving a five-bedroom estate from Montana to California is not a simple logistics problem. West Star's coordinator managed both ends and the GPS tracking was used throughout the transit days. High-value furniture was packed with premium materials. Delivery was within the guaranteed window. Everything arrived without significant damage. The price was significant but matched the quote.
Short move. They were on time and efficient. I was on a work call most of the time. They finished about three hours. Nothing broken. Price was reasonable.
From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.
Large California move with a crew of four. The Complete Care System coordinator managed the pre-move details and the final walk-through. The kitchen was packed with premium materials and the china arrived intact. Price was within $70 of the estimate. Everything arrived in the right rooms. Good large-scale California move from a well-organized crew.
