Office move over the weekend, no disruption

Our small office needed to relocate from Delray Beach to Boca Raton. West Star worked Saturday and Sunday so we didn't miss any business days. IT equipment, filing cabinets, and the conference table were placed in the right rooms. We were operational Monday morning without chasing anything down. The coordinator handled the scheduling clearly. Good commercial move.

Pompano Beach to Coral Gables, large Florida move

Big move from Pompano Beach to Coral Gables — a lot of furniture, pool equipment, and about 80 boxes. Crew of four worked hard through a hot afternoon. The coordinator had pre-planned the truck loading which made unloading faster. Final bill was within $60 of the estimate. My glass dining table arrived without a scratch. Good large Florida move.

Cat hid, everything fine

Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano. The crew was polite and careful. Wrapped my TV and mirrors. Took about 5 hours. My cat hid under the bed. They didn't care. Everything was fine.

Pompano Beach to Coral Gables, large Florida move

Three-bedroom family move from Florida to California. The coordinator managed both ends and kept us informed throughout the transit days. GPS tracking was something we used every day. Delivery was within the guaranteed window. A few items needed to be reoriented at the destination but everything arrived in good condition. For a coast-to-coast family move, West Star delivered.

Electronic moved safely

Had a home office with electronics. They wrapped everything in anti-static blankets. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. The guy even labeled my boxes. Price was reasonable.

Piano and full house, no damage

Big family move across the state. Four bedrooms and a piano. They brought extra guys for the piano. Took two days. Everything arrived. The piano was in tune. Worth the price.

large home with two bedrooms

From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.
