Simple Montana condo move, no complications

Two movers, cold morning, efficient operation. The crew wrapped the furniture for the outdoor cold before loading. Everything delivered on schedule. Price matched the estimate. Bed frame reassembled correctly and furniture placed where I directed. Simple Montana move handled professionally. Nothing more than I needed, nothing less.

Miami to West Palm Beach, professional South Florida crew

One-bedroom condo move from Miami to West Palm Beach. The Complete Care System coordinator confirmed the details and the crew showed up within the stated window. Moving blankets on all the furniture, stretch wrap on the couch. Nothing damaged. Price matched the estimate. The coordinator followed up after delivery. Good South Florida move.

Piano and full house, no damage

Big family move across the state. Four bedrooms and a piano. They brought extra guys for the piano. Took two days. Everything arrived. The piano was in tune. Worth the price.

Honest look at our Billings to Missoula move

The crew was professional and the furniture arrived in good condition. The move went according to plan. My main note is that the coordinator assigned to our move changed partway through the pre-move process. The new coordinator was good but the handoff added some confusion. Price matched the estimate. Good move overall, minor coordination hiccup.

Short move, quick work

Small move. They were on time and worked quickly. I was eating lunch when they finished. Nothing broken. Price was fair.

large home with two bedrooms

From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.

Montana-to-California estate move, long but organized

Moving a five-bedroom estate from Montana to California is not a simple logistics problem. West Star's coordinator managed both ends and the GPS tracking was used throughout the transit days. High-value furniture was packed with premium materials. Delivery was within the guaranteed window. Everything arrived without significant damage. The price was significant but matched the quote.

Quick move, no issues

Short move. They were on time and efficient. I was on a work call most of the time. They finished about three hours. Nothing broken. Price was reasonable.

Interstate move from Oregon to Florida, five days in transit

Long haul move from Oregon to Florida. The GPS tracking was checked every day during the five-day transit window. Coordinator communicated regularly and the delivery landed on the day they said. A few boxes had surface wear from the distance but nothing inside was damaged. For a move of that distance, the communication made the uncertainty manageable.

Helped me finish packing

Small studio move. They showed up on time and got to work. I was still packing when they arrived but they helped me finish. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. Price was what they quoted.
