Nampa to Caldwell move, efficient small crew

Short Idaho move but a full household worth of stuff. Crew of three arrived on time and wrapped all the furniture without being asked. Organized the truck by room which made unloading faster. Done within the estimated window. Final price matched the quote. The move coordinator had the details ready and the crew executed well.

Outdoor kitchen and deck items moved carefully

We had outdoor furniture, a grill, and deck items in addition to the full four-bedroom household. The West Star crew handled all of it, including wrapping the outdoor items separately from the indoor furniture. The coordinator noted the outdoor items in the pre-move plan. Everything arrived in good condition. Good Florida estate move.

Bellevue to Redmond quick studio move

Small studio, quick move. Two movers arrived on time and finished in under two hours. They handled my bicycle carefully and used floor protection at the destination. Price matched the quote exactly. Simple Washington move done professionally. The coordinator confirmed the details the day before.

Four-star on a Los Angeles to Winnetka move

The crew navigated LA traffic by starting early, which was smart. Loading and unloading were efficient. My home studio equipment was packed carefully and arrived without damage. One item — a bookshelf — arrived with a loose backing panel. The crew noted it and the coordinator followed up. Price matched the quote. Good California move overall.

Oregon to Florida, trust the GPS tracking

A long haul from Oregon to Florida with a lot riding on it. The GPS tracking was the feature that gave us the most peace of mind during the five-day transit. Coordinator communicated regularly and proactively. Delivery landed on the guaranteed day. Everything arrived in good condition. For a move of that distance, West Star's communication made it manageable.

large home with two bedrooms

From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.

Short move, quick work

Small move. They were on time and worked quickly. I was eating lunch when they finished. Nothing broken. Price was fair.

Helped me finish packing

Small studio move. They showed up on time and got to work. I was still packing when they arrived but they helped me finish. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. Price was what they quoted.

Smooth one-bedroom move in Oregon wine country

Simple Oregon move, two movers. They arrived early and worked efficiently. Asked about placement at the destination rather than just setting things wherever. Done ahead of schedule. Price was fair and matched the quote. My fragile pottery collection was mentioned and wrapped individually. Nothing broke. Good local Oregon move from a careful crew.

Cat hid, everything fine

Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano. The crew was polite and careful. Wrapped my TV and mirrors. Took about 5 hours. My cat hid under the bed. They didn't care. Everything was fine.
