Moving company in Delray Beach, FL
Full house move. Three bedrooms and a garage full of stuff. They sent a three-man crew. Took a full day. No damage. They even helped me set up my washer. Price was in the middle of the quotes I got.
Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano. The crew was polite and careful. Wrapped my TV and mirrors. Took about 5 hours. My cat hid under the bed. They didn't care. Everything was fine.
Our small office needed to relocate from Delray Beach to Boca Raton. West Star worked Saturday and Sunday so we didn't miss any business days. IT equipment, filing cabinets, and the conference table were placed in the right rooms. We were operational Monday morning without chasing anything down. The coordinator handled the scheduling clearly. Good commercial move.
We moved from Washington to Oregon and the coordinator kept us updated throughout. The crew at pickup was professional and the delivery crew at the Oregon end was equally organized. The GPS tracking let us plan the day around the delivery window. One box arrived with a dented corner but nothing inside was damaged. Price matched the quote.
Short move. They were on time and efficient. I was on a work call most of the time. They finished about three hours. Nothing broken. Price was reasonable.
Studio move between two California cities. Two movers, arrived on time, done in about two hours. My guitar was handled carefully after I mentioned it. Price matched the quote exactly. Furniture placed where directed. Floor protection used at the destination without prompting. Simple California move from a professional crew.
From the very beginning, they kept increasing the price. What we were quoted was just to hook you, then they kept increasing the price. The movers worked hard but were not careful. We had to store things because they brought a truck that wasn't large enough. We set up a delivery date and when we expected them on that date they told us the contract allowed them fourteen days from delivery date set. Then the driver couldn't back the truck into the retirement home parking lot, so they charged us an other $3,000. to off load onto a small truck. They lost/took all my wood working tools, 5 boxes, and a desk. I had many old family photos with broken glass that can't be replaced and were packed heavily. I received 6 extra boxes that are not mine and a chair. I filed a claim and received no response. And nobody asked about the extra items I received. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people and use a company that loads and delivers, then unloads your furnishings.
Short move from Boise to Meridian but a full apartment worth of stuff. Crew of two arrived on time, worked efficiently, and disassembled the bed frame and reassembled it at the destination without issue. Price was flat and fair. Nothing was damaged. Done in about three hours. Simple Idaho move handled professionally.
Moved from Sarasota to Venice. The stairs in my townhouse were a pain. They didn't complain. Wrapped all my furniture. Took about six hours. Price was in the middle of the quotes i got.
Had a home office with electronics. They wrapped everything in anti-static blankets. Took about three hours. Nothing damaged. The guy even labeled my boxes. Price was reasonable.
