The team made sure to properly load and unload our fridge, washing machine and other appliances. They were well organised which was a positive point.
This was my first experience moving far away and I was afraid that it would take too long. However, my move operator was in communication, provided updates and came on time. They stopped at every step, they didn't let anyone into the truck and nothing was lost. So glad that I trusted them!
They arrived and the crew chief took over, and he led his dory machine with perfection, and checked in with me so that he could answer my questions.
I enjoyed the fact that the movers took time to see what was going on, instead of rushing to take things outside. They arranged themselves out what they would do with the bigger furniture and then they started working. It was very organized and ran smoothly.

The following day the crew showed up and did a very professional job moving. They were very responsive and flexible with their short notice request.
What really stood out was how understanding the crew was. They worked efficiently but with care and delivered my things in great shape. I appreciated their empathy just as much as their professionalism!
I am extremely disappointed with Waterfront Van Lines. The overall experience was frustrating, and the service did not meet my expectations. They need to improve their communication, professionalism, and customer service. I would advise anyone considering this company to be careful and read all the terms and conditions before booking. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
From the off Waterfront Van Lines had a good start. Staff member explained themselves well, turned up on time and moved the child's belongings carefully. I loved that they did a room check before they left to ensure we didn't miss anything.
There were some fine antiques we were moving. The team carefully wrapped each piece and they all came through unharmed! Exceptional service!
All the way from beginning to end this was the easiest move I ever had. The movers were courteous, courteous, and very efficient. They were very friendly with my property, they were quick but careful, and very stress-free. If I ever move again, I know who I'm calling!!
