Moving company in Knoxville, TN
US Star Trucking gave me a very good quote. Cheaper than the other companies. We wanted our car to be delivered in a specific day and Allen worked very well in finding a truck to do it for us. He answered my calls and messages quickly. I will use it again. Recommend it.
It was a pleasure doing business with US Star Trucking. Thomas has really did a great job, from start to finish, communication, documentation, and everything. Thank you
Dealt with Ema Klein for transport of my motorcycle. A couple hiccups with the driver but she handles it like a pro. All good and will use them again.
Phillip was a great communicator efficiency was on point thanks again. We'll be sure to contact them again for any future moves!
I requested a quote from this company, but ultimately didn’t need their services. They have contacted me dozens of times. I’ve unsubscribed from texting and told multiple callers that we don’t need their services and to remove me from their list. I still get texts and calls. Unbelievable.
The customer service team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any issues. I appreciate Riley’s transparency with all details. She provided excellent customer service
They help me with my new truck transportation and THOMAS was very cool and professional thanks Stellar job
They low balled the price and then couldn't deliver the vehicle. Left me hanging with my truck 1500 miles away.
Working with Joseph was a pleasure. Look forward to working with him again! Efficient, priced fairly, on time.
Allen the best and most responsible person in this company hope we can work again in the future amazed by this type of proffesionalism They did a great job from start to end
