Read More The driver tried to raise the price the night they came to pack me up, then the next leg driver refused to unload my belongings when they got to U-Haul storage unless we paid them an addition $300 because of the amount of steps, on 1st floor to put it into storage. I was going to pay the extra after I had to contact the local Police because they were rude (being nice by saying rude) to us & the U-Haul employees. They wouldn't unload until we gave them a check for $300.00 & no name filled in the payee space. When we unloaded the storage units, boxes were crushed & things broken that had "FRAGILE & GLASS" written on all sides of the boxes. Furniture had gouges on table tops, end tables & curio cabinets. These items were wrapped, so it had to have happened after they unwrapped them. Their Supervisor would not return my calls after the unload day. I wanted to tell him how bad this driver (supervisor) acted. So no response, I could only give them a review.

Their office staff was super informative and called multiple times ahead of the move, the guys arrived early (in this business who does that!?!) and finished moving faster that what was originally quoted. Read More I had a pretty straightforward move from my 2-bedroom apartment to a new place 3 blocks away, but I work long hours and needed help with packing. Luckily, this company was my saving grace and dealt with it all for me. They packed everything in padding and protective blankets and made the delivery the same day too. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more!

Read More This is the third time I have used Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC for a move within the apartment complex. I found them to be an efficient, friendly, and good value for money. The guys turned up on time, had me packed and out of the property by 12 noon, and ready to move into my new property by 2 pm. Everything was done and dusted by 4.30 pm. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
