Moving company in Lincolnwood, IL
Everything went well when we hired this company to help us move from TX to FL. The price they gave us was the lowest we got, and they worked quickly and efficiently. It was easy to use the online accounting system, and customer service responded quickly to my questions. Highly Recommended!!
Our townhouse move took around 5 hours with two trucks. The crew carried wardrobes, beds, and couches up narrow stairs without damaging walls. Their teamwork stood out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone with big furniture.
I had to move my parents’ belongings from their house into an apartment. The movers worked steadily, asked where things should go, and treated their furniture kindly. They made the whole day easier. Great Customers Services!
This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. Stiven Mendez: I’ve retained counsel and will be pursuing all available legal remedies.
Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC did an excellent job moving my two-bedroom apartment, even though it was tough to access with just an elevator. The team was friendly, polite, and hardworking. They went above and beyond, showing kindness throughout the process. They even helped me pack some last-minute items, took down my TV, and put my bed frame back together. It was a wonderful experience, and I'm really grateful for their efforts. They went beyond my expectations and made my move a breeze.
I moved into a new-build home and had appliances, boxes, and brand-new furniture to deliver. I was worried about scratches and dings, but the movers used floor protection and blankets without me even asking. They double-checked placement before leaving and helped unpack a few bigger pieces. It felt like they cared about how the home looked when they left.
We decided to move across the country but had nowhere to store our belongings until we were ready to move into our new home. Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC had storage options that met our needs. They not only packed and moved our belongings safely but also provided secure storage. They stored our belongings for a few weeks until we provided our move-in date. The storage facility was clean, organized, and climate-controlled. Our belongings were in the same condition as when they were packed. They also delivered our belongings to our new home on time and without any damage. It was flawless service from start to finish.
Had to move my stuff out of storage after two years. Everything was dusty and awkward to carry, but the movers didn’t complain. They loaded it all up and even helped me clean a few items. Honest, reliable, reputable company!
I moved cross-country, while Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC handled all my home items. I was nervous about coordinating both at the same time, but James kept everything aligned. They made sure my furniture arrived right after I landed and helped set things up before the car arrived. It felt like everything just clicked into place.
Nicholas kept asking me where each box should go instead of just setting it down. I liked that approach. It showed respect for my things and made the move feel more personal.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
