Captivating Experience

I’ve moved a lot in my life, but these movers were the best I’ve ever had. James and Richard were strong, efficient, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. They lifted and carried all my heavy items, including my bookshelves, dresser, and piano, without breaking a sweat. They also packed up all my smaller items, (clothes, dishes, and books), using their own boxes and bubble wrap. They were very courteous and friendly, and they even gave me some tips on how to decorate my new place.

Most Seamless Moving Process

Moving the office sounded like a headache with desks, monitors, and cables everywhere. But the crew came in and handled it. By the next day, we were back to work like nothing had happened. Thanks guys. You are awesome.

Worst move ever.

This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. Stiven Mendez: I’ve retained counsel and will be pursuing all available legal remedies.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

Had to move my stuff out of storage after two years. Everything was dusty and awkward to carry, but the movers didn’t complain. They loaded it all up and even helped me clean a few items. Honest, reliable, reputable company!

Very Smooth Transition!

Simply put, I thought they were great, and the next step I take will involve them, because they were really careful and diligent with everything I brought along and were also cost-effective.

It all worked out well!

I picked Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC in AZ and they went beyond what I expected. I really recommend their packing and unpacking service for a stress-free move. Taylor and Jones took extra care of even delicate teacups during packing. The owner, William, made booking and scheduling really easy.

Quick and Effortless!

We relocated our band equipment: drums, speakers, keyboards, and guitars. The movers loaded carefully, cushioned everything, and carried amps without damage. If you’re a musician, trust me, hire them. They know how to handle gear.

Well organized!

Our townhouse move took around 5 hours with two trucks. The crew carried wardrobes, beds, and couches up narrow stairs without damaging walls. Their teamwork stood out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone with big furniture.

Everything went smoothly

The unpacking phase was expedited by the foresight shown in Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC labeling system. The clarity of the labels allowed for the swift identification and arrangement of my possessions. Jack assistance in the unpacking and systematic organization of my library, wardrobe, and culinary implements was invaluable. His expertise in assembling furniture, including my modular bookshelf and designer couch, transformed my new house into a comfortable and personalized home.

Friendly and helpful guys!

I moved cross-country, while Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC handled all my home items. I was nervous about coordinating both at the same time, but James kept everything aligned. They made sure my furniture arrived right after I landed and helped set things up before the car arrived. It felt like everything just clicked into place.
