I will recommend you to all my friends and relatives...

Moving with Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC was straightforward and stress-free. They treated my belongings with care and managed to finish earlier than the estimated time. Communication was clear from start to finish, and there were no surprise charges. The movers were friendly but stayed focused on getting the job done. I liked how they double-checked with me before loading delicate items.

Simple, Seamless and Satisfactory!!!

They really went above and beyond during my move. Not only did they wrap all my furniture securely, but they also helped me pack a few last-minute items I hadn't gotten to yet. They kept a positive attitude the entire time, which made the day feel a lot less stressful. I was impressed by both their efficiency and their care.

Well organized!

Our townhouse move took around 5 hours with two trucks. The crew carried wardrobes, beds, and couches up narrow stairs without damaging walls. Their teamwork stood out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone with big furniture.

I am so grateful to find such a great moving company

It's rare to find movers that actually listen. I had a few special requests, and they followed everything without rolling their eyes or rushing. That alone made this worth it.

Worst move ever.

This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. Stiven Mendez: I’ve retained counsel and will be pursuing all available legal remedies.

Quick and Effortless!

We relocated our band equipment: drums, speakers, keyboards, and guitars. The movers loaded carefully, cushioned everything, and carried amps without damage. If you’re a musician, trust me, hire them. They know how to handle gear.

Impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I moved into a new-build home and had appliances, boxes, and brand-new furniture to deliver. I was worried about scratches and dings, but the movers used floor protection and blankets without me even asking. They double-checked placement before leaving and helped unpack a few bigger pieces. It felt like they cared about how the home looked when they left.

Absolutely THE BEST!!!

I had to move my parents’ belongings from their house into an apartment. The movers worked steadily, asked where things should go, and treated their furniture kindly. They made the whole day easier. Great Customers Services!

Friendly and helpful guys!

I moved cross-country, while Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC handled all my home items. I was nervous about coordinating both at the same time, but James kept everything aligned. They made sure my furniture arrived right after I landed and helped set things up before the car arrived. It felt like everything just clicked into place.

Immensely satisfied

I relocated my home office and workshop to a new rental across town. It was a weird mix of furniture, computers, and tools, but the crew didn't seem fazed. They asked the right questions, packed everything by category, and made sure nothing shifted in the truck. When I unpacked, it all made sense and was exactly where I expected it to be.
