These men were experts in their field. They arrived at my place, went to work, and completed everything immediately.
James and David did a fantastic job assisting me with the transfer. They arrived on schedule and were prepared to start working. I was on the third floor of my building, which didn't have an elevator. They handled each box and piece of furniture with amazing care.
This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. I moved cross-country, while Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC handled all my home items. I was nervous about coordinating both at the same time, but James kept everything aligned. They made sure my furniture arrived right after I landed and helped set things up before the car arrived. It felt like everything just clicked into place.
Had to move my stuff out of storage after two years. Everything was dusty and awkward to carry, but the movers didn’t complain. They loaded it all up and even helped me clean a few items. Honest, reliable, reputable company!
We relocated our band equipment: drums, speakers, keyboards, and guitars. The movers loaded carefully, cushioned everything, and carried amps without damage. If you’re a musician, trust me, hire them. They know how to handle gear.
The actual movers that came and packed and unpacked ,for unlimited moving and storage, were good. Most could not speak English and if I had to guess, I would say they probably are not compensated as well as they should be. I got to UNLIMITED MOVING AND STORAGE through a broker, Which I didnt realize at first. COASTAL MOVING was the broker, who got $6,000 of my money to me to sign up. They led me to believe I would be paying much less then I actually did. The salesman sold me I talked to several people and explained I had 4 bedrooms and a large dining table and chairs, a deck full of furniture, a couple of couches, etc. They asked me to take pictures of everything I was moving and I provided those. When the movers arrived, they started their work and did a good job wrapping things up and moving them. I was told that when I filled up a certain amount of the truck,, that was all of the space Id paid for. . So when they arrived at that place I owed them more money to keep going. When the small truck they brought was full, they told me theyd need to bring in another truck. I said no, Id handle the rest. I still ended up paying an extra $3,000 several times . Some of it was on a credit card. They asked for cash sometimes, a money order and a postal money order or cash for me to get my stuff back from them after Id stored it for a month. Every time I turned around they were asking for more. $ ****** later, I was moved 2 hours away. Worst experience of my life. My husband had died a year earlier so they took total advantage of me and I allowed it to happen, shame on me. I just want to tell others not to use their service. Also, many of the boxes I got back were punched in from the top. They looked like theyd been through a lot. I have not unpacked yet so I dont know what shape my boxed items are in. Some damage was done to some of the furniture.

Jack assistance in the unpacking and systematic organization of my library, wardrobe, and culinary implements was invaluable. His expertise in assembling furniture, including my modular bookshelf and designer couch, transformed my new house into a comfortable and personalized home.
Simply put, I thought they were great, and the next step I take will involve them, because they were really careful and diligent with everything I brought along and were also cost-effective.
Nicholas kept asking me where each box should go instead of just setting it down. I liked that approach. It showed respect for my things and made the move feel more personal.
