Moving company in Lincolnwood, IL
Our townhouse move took around 5 hours with two trucks. The crew carried wardrobes, beds, and couches up narrow stairs without damaging walls. Their teamwork stood out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone with big furniture.
Moving the office sounded like a headache with desks, monitors, and cables everywhere. But the crew came in and handled it. By the next day, we were back to work like nothing had happened. Thanks guys. You are awesome.
Had to move my stuff out of storage after two years. Everything was dusty and awkward to carry, but the movers didn’t complain. They loaded it all up and even helped me clean a few items. Honest, reliable, reputable company!
The movers were rude, obnoxious, and difficult to get in touch with. I asked them to be careful with my possessions, but they just kept throwing stuff around. They are not people I would recommend.
From loading the truck to packing, they were incredibly organized and efficient. I had settled down and moved in before I even recognized it. I would definitely recommend them to others.
We used Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC to move our restaurant kitchen equipment to a new location. James knew exactly how to load it so nothing shifted. The truck was spotless too. They were done by noon, and we reopened the next day.
Cannot recommend this company enough! With 2 small kids, moving can be chaotic. However, their movers were so patient and worked around our little ones without any issues. They even made sure our fragile items, like the kitchenware and glass decorations, were packed with extra care. It was such a relief having them handle everything and we’d absolutely hire them again!
An unexpected mover left, so I called Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC. Two movers arrived on their day, but Joseph was understanding and sympathetic. They arrived on time, were pleasant, and worked well. These people supported me no matter the weather. I endorse this company.
This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. Stiven Mendez: I’ve retained counsel and will be pursuing all available legal remedies.
I moved cross-country, while Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC handled all my home items. I was nervous about coordinating both at the same time, but James kept everything aligned. They made sure my furniture arrived right after I landed and helped set things up before the car arrived. It felt like everything just clicked into place.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
