Very professional and caring.

When we planned our move, we knew we’d have a time crunch. We had to be out of our old apartment by noon on the last day of the lease. The movers showed up bright and early, swiftly stacking boxes and disassembling my bed.Then they drove to the new house and unloaded everything with equal speed and care. We managed to avoid any fees for overstaying, thanks to their efficiency. It was a massive relief.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

Had to move my stuff out of storage after two years. Everything was dusty and awkward to carry, but the movers didn’t complain. They loaded it all up and even helped me clean a few items. Honest, reliable, reputable company!

Good Job Done...

Even though it rained for most of the journey, the crew had a pleasant attitude and managed to keep everything dry. They were prepared to protect my possessions with tarps and other layers of protection. Clearly, they have mastered the art of being prepared for anything.

Impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I moved into a new-build home and had appliances, boxes, and brand-new furniture to deliver. I was worried about scratches and dings, but the movers used floor protection and blankets without me even asking. They double-checked placement before leaving and helped unpack a few bigger pieces. It felt like they cared about how the home looked when they left.

Worst move ever.

This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. Stiven Mendez: I’ve retained counsel and will be pursuing all available legal remedies.

Quick and Effortless!

We relocated our band equipment: drums, speakers, keyboards, and guitars. The movers loaded carefully, cushioned everything, and carried amps without damage. If you’re a musician, trust me, hire them. They know how to handle gear.
