Immaculate service!

We downsized from a three-bedroom home to a townhouse and had to decide what to take and what to store. The movers worked with patience and flexibility, helping us sort out items as we went. They wrapped everything professionally, including some delicate furniture we were unsure about. Having a team that didn’t rush us made a huge difference.

It was a solid overall professional move.

I moved during heavy rain, and I was so worried about my electronics and mattress getting soaked. They brought covers for everything and made sure nothing touched the ground. I appreciated that they didn’t act rushed, even though the weather was bad. Everything arrived dry, and they helped bring it all inside quickly. It was clear they’d worked in all kinds of conditions before.

Impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I moved into a new-build home and had appliances, boxes, and brand-new furniture to deliver. I was worried about scratches and dings, but the movers used floor protection and blankets without me even asking. They double-checked placement before leaving and helped unpack a few bigger pieces. It felt like they cared about how the home looked when they left.

Keep up the good work!

I hired Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC to help with moving my workshop equipment and supplies into a new garage space. It wasn’t delicate stuff, but it was bulky and awkward. They came prepared with all the right tools and were super careful even though most of it was heavy-duty. I liked how they treated my gear with respect even though it wasn’t fancy or fragile.

Above and Beyond

Nicholas kept asking me where each box should go instead of just setting it down. I liked that approach. It showed respect for my things and made the move feel more personal.

Fast, Careful Long Distance

I had a complicated move involving a stop at my storage unit before heading to the new house. Jeffrey helped organize the route and timing so everything lined up just right. The movers didn't waste a minute and kept everything grouped by location, so nothing got mixed up. It felt very organized, and I appreciated that attention to detail from start to finish.

Absolutely THE BEST!!!

I had to move my parents’ belongings from their house into an apartment. The movers worked steadily, asked where things should go, and treated their furniture kindly. They made the whole day easier. Great Customers Services!

Friendly and helpful guys!

I moved cross-country, while Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC handled all my home items. I was nervous about coordinating both at the same time, but James kept everything aligned. They made sure my furniture arrived right after I landed and helped set things up before the car arrived. It felt like everything just clicked into place.

Exceptional teamwork, and genuine care for their clients

I was certain that my large sectional couch wouldn't fit in the unit I moved into due to its very tight corners. Like magicians, the movers managed to get it through the small entryway unscathed. It looked straightforward when they disassembled and reassembled it inside. My couch is now the centerpiece of my living room, and they really knew what they were doing!

Worst move ever.

This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. Stiven Mendez: I’ve retained counsel and will be pursuing all available legal remedies.
