Moving company in Lincolnwood, IL
Moving can be a pain, so I'm thankful for the amazing team that planned and carried out my move. Everything about the trip was great.
Had to move my stuff out of storage after two years. Everything was dusty and awkward to carry, but the movers didn’t complain. They loaded it all up and even helped me clean a few items. Honest, reliable, reputable company!
Wouldn’t think twice about hiring their movers again. The delivery was made within the promised timeline and the final bill was fair too! Superb experience!
We used Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC to move our restaurant kitchen equipment to a new location. James knew exactly how to load it so nothing shifted. The truck was spotless too. They were done by noon, and we reopened the next day.
The team was on point! They had a rock-solid plan and executed it flawlessly. Our stuff was swiftly packed and loaded with finesse. A smooth move from start to finish!
Since the contracted movers backed out at the last minute, we were forced to engage Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC. Their usefulness was demonstrated. They relocated all of our office furniture, personal belongings, and IT equipment with ease and professionalism. Andrew should be commended for easing our stressful migration and sticking with us through unexpected challenges. You all have blown me away. The personnel were amazing, and the service was excellent.
I had to move my parents’ belongings from their house into an apartment. The movers worked steadily, asked where things should go, and treated their furniture kindly. They made the whole day easier. Great Customers Services!
This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. Stiven Mendez: I’ve retained counsel and will be pursuing all available legal remedies.
I moved cross-country, while Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC handled all my home items. I was nervous about coordinating both at the same time, but James kept everything aligned. They made sure my furniture arrived right after I landed and helped set things up before the car arrived. It felt like everything just clicked into place.
Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC movers have my highest recommendation. My first experience with them was magnificent. James and Carl handled my furniture and kitchenware cautiously and delivered them in one piece to my 2-bedroom flat in FL. I’m glad that I have found trustworthy movers!
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
