Awesome!

Everything was meticulously loaded into the truck, and the movers also took pictures of how they positioned the furniture to help me recreate the arrangement in my new loft. The drive to NY was smooth, and the movers kept me updated with regular texts about my belongings. When they arrived, they unloaded everything with the same care they showed during loading.

Impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I moved into a new-build home and had appliances, boxes, and brand-new furniture to deliver. I was worried about scratches and dings, but the movers used floor protection and blankets without me even asking. They double-checked placement before leaving and helped unpack a few bigger pieces. It felt like they cared about how the home looked when they left.

Friendly and helpful guys!

I moved cross-country, while Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC handled all my home items. I was nervous about coordinating both at the same time, but James kept everything aligned. They made sure my furniture arrived right after I landed and helped set things up before the car arrived. It felt like everything just clicked into place.

Worst move ever.

This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. Stiven Mendez: I’ve retained counsel and will be pursuing all available legal remedies.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

Had to move my stuff out of storage after two years. Everything was dusty and awkward to carry, but the movers didn’t complain. They loaded it all up and even helped me clean a few items. Honest, reliable, reputable company!

Above and Beyond

Nicholas kept asking me where each box should go instead of just setting it down. I liked that approach. It showed respect for my things and made the move feel more personal.

Smoothest move ever!

This was my 2nd time hiring Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC movers and I am pleased with the service I got. Luckily, it was the same moving crew that handled my previous relocations which was great. They knew how I liked my valuables packed and so they acted accordingly but I appreciated how they checked in frequently to know if I wanted anything packed differently. There were no delays and I received everything intact. A massive thank you!

Quick and Effortless!

I am in the real estate industry, and over a year ago, one of my customers suggested this company to me. He was very satisfied with their service, and I'm happy to inform you that he has given me good reviews. They took great care of my mother during the move, a gesture of generosity and respect. She relaxed because they handled her belongings carefully during the difficult journey. You can trust that this moving company will treat your possessions carefully.

Well organized!

Our townhouse move took around 5 hours with two trucks. The crew carried wardrobes, beds, and couches up narrow stairs without damaging walls. Their teamwork stood out. I would gladly recommend them to anyone with big furniture.
