Stunning Movers!

Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC took the hassle out of my recent move from apartment to house. Their professional crew arrived on time, introduced themselves, and protected my floors with shoe covers and doorways with corner guards. Not a single mark! They meticulously wrapped all my furniture, even fragile pieces, ensuring everything arrived safely. The unloading crew was just as amazing, carefully carrying boxes and placing them exactly where I wanted them. Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC made my move smooth and stress-free!

They were very responsive

I despise moving! This company, however, guided me through every step of the process. We discussed quotes with a consultant, and their billing was very clear and easy to understand. I used them for both packing and moving, and the crew chief, James, was there on both days to oversee everything. The entire team was both fun and efficient. They wrapped all of my belongings very securely, with extra padding for TVs and couches. They even added protective pads for the doorways and floors to prevent any scratches. It was a move from a large two-story house to another, which is a big job, but they finished it ahead of time and under budget. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will use them again for my next move. They made a stressful experience feel comfortable and even enjoyable.

Worst move ever.

This move was booked through Value Added Movers, and the contracted carrier that showed up (or was assigned) was Unlimited Moving and Storage. I had a confirmed pickup window, and they did not show up during that window. There was no proactive communication and no clear update. I had to chase multiple numbers myself to get any information. When they finally arrived / the move progressed, the pricing situation escalated. STIVEN took payment from me via Venmo prior to the move without providing clear written documentation explaining what the payment covered and what the binding total would be. Ultimately, the move never happened as promised. After they demanded additional money well beyond what I was quoted…$10,000, it became extremely difficult to get my belongings unloaded and returned from the truck without signing some obscure document. I requested a moment to read the paperwork I was being asked to sign to unload the truck, and STIVEN threatened that it would be ‘$500 per minute’ if I didn’t sign immediately. I had to get the cops involved because the driver threatened to leave with my things if I didn’t sign it immediately. I felt pressured and trapped in a situation that should never happen with a professional mover. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and being very cautious with brokers: verify the actual carrier, demand a binding estimate and itemized paperwork, and do not send peer-to-peer payments without full documentation. Stiven Mendez: I’ve retained counsel and will be pursuing all available legal remedies.

I really couldnt say enough positive things about the amazing experience

I have two dogs, and moving can be stressful for pets. The movers from Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC were so considerate—they suggested that I keep the dogs in a separate room until most of the big items were out. They asked if I needed extra time to let the dogs out before they started. I appreciated their patience and understanding of how stressful moving can be with pets. The whole process was calm and smooth, thanks to their thoughtful approach.

Above and Beyond

Nicholas kept asking me where each box should go instead of just setting it down. I liked that approach. It showed respect for my things and made the move feel more personal.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.

Had to move my stuff out of storage after two years. Everything was dusty and awkward to carry, but the movers didn’t complain. They loaded it all up and even helped me clean a few items. Honest, reliable, reputable company!

Impressed me most was their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I moved into a new-build home and had appliances, boxes, and brand-new furniture to deliver. I was worried about scratches and dings, but the movers used floor protection and blankets without me even asking. They double-checked placement before leaving and helped unpack a few bigger pieces. It felt like they cared about how the home looked when they left.

Arrived on time with great attitudes.

We used Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC to move our restaurant kitchen equipment to a new location. James knew exactly how to load it so nothing shifted. The truck was spotless too. They were done by noon, and we reopened the next day.

Friendly and helpful guys!

I moved cross-country, while Unlimited Moving and Storage LLC handled all my home items. I was nervous about coordinating both at the same time, but James kept everything aligned. They made sure my furniture arrived right after I landed and helped set things up before the car arrived. It felt like everything just clicked into place.

We had a flawless, full service move.

It was great to work with their workers. Excellent moving planner, Joseph, made sure everything went as planned and gave me a tracking link to check on its progress during moving. The move went off without a hitch, and everything got there in perfect shape. I'm so thankful.
