Moving company in Lewisville, TX
Honestly, I didn't think moving could go this easily. Booked Units Moving and Portable Storage at the last minute, and it just worked out. No overthinking and no issues at all.
From the first phone call to the final result, everything was handled with care. The team was punctual, respectful, and clearly experienced in what they do. I appreciated their transparency and excellent communication. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
They were awesome. The drop off and pick up were easy and convenient we will definitely be using them again
I really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism shown throughout. The team remained organized, arrived on time, and completed everything without any issues. Their positive attitude made the experience even better.
Everything went well, it's down to the loading now. I would recommend this company to anyone moving. They were sensitive to your needs and kept you informed. The only thing I could suggest is ramps for units to load and unload.
The entire experience was better than I expected. The staff was friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. Everything was completed on schedule, and the communication was outstanding. I would definitely use them again.
Everything went smoothly without any unexpected issues. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and always willing to help whenever I had a question. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and I would happily return.
Great experience with Units. and were flexible with me. Much cheaper than Pods. My wife used RatPack for her house and they have been very difficult to work with for near the same price. Any Units was awesome. A+
Exceeded our Expectations! From the beginning to the end, we could not be more pleased. The quality of the storage unit was amazing. It was delivered clean and in great condition. It gave us great confidence that every piece of our belongs would be safely stored. The Units team made this a pleasant and STRESS FREE experience. I highly recommend UNITS and will use them again.
The level of customer service was excellent from beginning to end. Every member of the team was friendly and treated me with respect. They delivered exactly what they promised without any delays. It was a pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations.
