The expected delivery window was not followed, and the belongings arrived much later than planned. We had to change our arrangements while waiting for the truck. Updates were not provided regularly, which made the delay more frustrating. Better communication would have helped.

Avoid this moving company at all costs

Avoid this moving company at all costs. All around a nightmare experience. They showed up late. The customer service was straight out of KGB Eastern Bloc style something. They took no care of my mom's inventory (furniture, lamps, household goods, etc) and ended up destroying or damaging over 5k usd of her stuff during the interstate move. And they offered a 40 usd refund after I documented it all and took hours detailing it. Absolutely do not allow this company to touch your move from home to new home.

My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.

I was very impressed by the care and skill that Smith showed when packing my fragile artwork and sculptures. He wrapped each piece with bubble wrap and secured them in specially designed crates that had foam inserts and shock absorbers. He also labeled each crate with the name and value of the item inside. I felt confident that my precious possessions were in good hands and would arrive safely at my new home.

Our attic had holiday decorations stacked in old boxes. The movers handled them gently and packed them tightly. I opened those boxes in the new house and saw nothing broken, and I was thankful for their care.
