My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.

The moving team took extra care to understand the sentimental value of items. They listened to stories about heirlooms and treated them with reverence. They set aside a ‘personal essentials’ box to be loaded last and unloaded first, ensuring we had immediate access to items like medication, chargers, and important documents.
The service lacked professionalism and proper coordination. There were multiple scheduling issues, and I had to follow up several times for information. The experience could have been much better.
The night before the move, my employer cancelled my booking and offered no assistance in finding a substitute. They wouldn't return my deposit, so I frantically tried to make other arrangements. I will never recommend anyone.

I had a highly positive my experience with United One Vanlines. My moving coordinator, Keith, was fantastic and ensured that his team completed the move on time. During transit, he had connectivity challenges due to a low signal and was unable to notify me. But luckily, he had also provided me with a tracking link exactly when everything was loading, which allowed me to keep tabs on the progress myself. He was a diligent coordinator and did his job right. Plus, the relocation was completed on time, and everything arrived in outstanding condition too. Sincerely grateful!
I had to move my piano and a few heavy bookshelves to my new house. The movers handled everything so carefully, especially the piano, and they set it right where I wanted.
We had to cancel the move due to an unexpected family health issue. We cancelled well within the 24 hour limit. We did receive a confirmation e-mail stating that our deposit minus 15% would be refunded within 21 business days. It's well over that, and after numerous calls & e-mails, we have yet to get our refund.
Avoid this moving company at all costs. All around a nightmare experience. They showed up late. The customer service was straight out of KGB Eastern Bloc style something. They took no care of my mom's inventory (furniture, lamps, household goods, etc) and ended up destroying or damaging over 5k usd of her stuff during the interstate move. And they offered a 40 usd refund after I documented it all and took hours detailing it. Absolutely do not allow this company to touch your move from home to new home.
