The logistics of my move to a different place were quite a hassle. However, the movers made the process much easier. They handled everything, including temporary storage, since my new place wasn't ready yet. When everything arrived exactly on time and they remembered to rebuild my furniture the way I wanted, I was happy.
We were moving out of our rental home and had a strict deadline to vacate. The crew arrived early, packed everything up faster than I thought possible, and made sure not a single wall was marked. We even got our full deposit back, which says everything. The guys were efficient but still friendly and patient, which helped keep us from getting too stressed.
The night before the move, my employer cancelled my booking and offered no assistance in finding a substitute. They wouldn't return my deposit, so I frantically tried to make other arrangements. I will never recommend anyone.
The expected delivery window was not followed, and the belongings arrived much later than planned. We had to change our arrangements while waiting for the truck. Updates were not provided regularly, which made the delay more frustrating. Better communication would have helped.
This was my first time hiring movers, and I wasn't sure what to expect. They showed up friendly, packed everything tightly, and kept talking to me through the process. Not a single thing broke
I had to move my piano and a few heavy bookshelves to my new house. The movers handled everything so carefully, especially the piano, and they set it right where I wanted.
The service lacked professionalism and proper coordination. There were multiple scheduling issues, and I had to follow up several times for information. The experience could have been much better.
Part of the move included grabbing some items from my storage unit across town, but they forgot and left early. I had to call them back the next day, and they acted like it was my fault.
I was particularly surprised by the professionalism of the staff during my recent move. They were punctual, went right to work, and carefully packed all of my belongings. I was especially impressed by their careful handling of my grandmother's antique lamp during packing and delivery; I will definitely be using them again for future moves.
Avoid this moving company at all costs. All around a nightmare experience. They showed up late. The customer service was straight out of KGB Eastern Bloc style something. They took no care of my mom's inventory (furniture, lamps, household goods, etc) and ended up destroying or damaging over 5k usd of her stuff during the interstate move. And they offered a 40 usd refund after I documented it all and took hours detailing it. Absolutely do not allow this company to touch your move from home to new home.
