Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
We cannot say enough good things about this company. Richard was our move operator and he did a commendable job handling things from start to finish. He was very communicative and asked for our opinion during packing as well. Thankfully, his team also made the delivery on time and nothing was harmed along the way. Superb service!
This was my first time hiring movers, and I wasn't sure what to expect. They showed up friendly, packed everything tightly, and kept talking to me through the process. Not a single thing broke
The night before the move, my employer cancelled my booking and offered no assistance in finding a substitute. They wouldn't return my deposit, so I frantically tried to make other arrangements. I will never recommend anyone.
I can't express how satisfied I am with the service provided by this moving company. It's a testament to their professionalism that not a single item was damaged during our move.
They managed to move everything from my small apartment to a larger space without a hitch. The movers stayed cheerful even through multiple flights of stairs, which made the day feel less exhausting for me.
I’ve hired their movers twice now and both experiences have been awesome. Joseph was my moving coordinator each time and he ensured that I had comfortable experiences. His movers even reassembled some heavy furniture and reinstalled my electronics as well. The customer service is remarkable!
My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.
The expected delivery window was not followed, and the belongings arrived much later than planned. We had to change our arrangements while waiting for the truck. Updates were not provided regularly, which made the delay more frustrating. Better communication would have helped.
The service lacked professionalism and proper coordination. There were multiple scheduling issues, and I had to follow up several times for information. The experience could have been much better.
I had to move my piano and a few heavy bookshelves to my new house. The movers handled everything so carefully, especially the piano, and they set it right where I wanted.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United One Vanlines holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
