Our attic had holiday decorations stacked in old boxes. The movers handled them gently and packed them tightly. I opened those boxes in the new house and saw nothing broken, and I was thankful for their care.
This was a long-distance move from my apartment. I had a lot of mismatched furniture and vintage pieces I didn't want damaged. The movers treated everything with care, and the long drive didn't seem to bother them. Nothing arrived broken or even scuffed. It made settling into a new place way easier.
The logistics of my move to a different place were quite a hassle. However, the movers made the process much easier. They handled everything, including temporary storage, since my new place wasn't ready yet. When everything arrived exactly on time and they remembered to rebuild my furniture the way I wanted, I was happy.
The night before the move, my employer cancelled my booking and offered no assistance in finding a substitute. They wouldn't return my deposit, so I frantically tried to make other arrangements. I will never recommend anyone.
The service lacked professionalism and proper coordination. There were multiple scheduling issues, and I had to follow up several times for information. The experience could have been much better.
I had to move my piano and a few heavy bookshelves to my new house. The movers handled everything so carefully, especially the piano, and they set it right where I wanted.

From tripods to framed prints to computer monitors, they handled everything like it was made of glass. They even checked in with us before loading each box marked “fragile.” Nothing was damaged, and we were back in business the very next day. Highly recommended!
