The service lacked professionalism and proper coordination. There were multiple scheduling issues, and I had to follow up several times for information. The experience could have been much better.
The expected delivery window was not followed, and the belongings arrived much later than planned. We had to change our arrangements while waiting for the truck. Updates were not provided regularly, which made the delay more frustrating. Better communication would have helped.
Our attic had holiday decorations stacked in old boxes. The movers handled them gently and packed them tightly. I opened those boxes in the new house and saw nothing broken, and I was thankful for their care.
My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.

The guys from United One Vanlines are great; they assisted us in moving a ton of stuff into our new house and provided sound suggestions.
Eric and his moving crew did an incredible job. Within the allotted time, they moved all of our belongings from one apartment to the other.
