This was my first time hiring movers, and I wasn't sure what to expect. They showed up friendly, packed everything tightly, and kept talking to me through the process. Not a single thing broke
My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.
They managed to move everything from my small apartment to a larger space without a hitch. The movers stayed cheerful even through multiple flights of stairs, which made the day feel less exhausting for me.
We had a massive upright piano that needed to go down 4 flights of stairs and I was concerned about its safety. Luckily, these guys handled it with ropes, padding, and sheer muscle. I was amazed to see how carefully they handled it. It arrived without a scratch!
The service was excellent when I moved out of my studio flat. The 3-person team carefully packed everything, especially my breakables like kitchenware and electronics, to ensure nothing was broken throughout the relocation. Also, the delivery came sooner than anticipated.

The expected delivery window was not followed, and the belongings arrived much later than planned. We had to change our arrangements while waiting for the truck. Updates were not provided regularly, which made the delay more frustrating. Better communication would have helped.
The night before the move, my employer cancelled my booking and offered no assistance in finding a substitute. They wouldn't return my deposit, so I frantically tried to make other arrangements. I will never recommend anyone.
I’ve used a few moving companies before, but this was my best experience yet. First, the price quote they gave me was spot on, no shady last-minute charges. The movers were super polite and fast, wrapping my vintage wooden dresser with thick blankets before strapping it in. I was impressed with their speed—they had my entire one-bedroom packed in under two hours! My building has a tight elevator schedule, and they coordinated so well that we didn’t have to wait long. At my new place, they reassembled my dining table and tightened the wobbly leg that had been loose for months. Now that’s service!
I felt much less pressure and stress as a result of using them, and I was able to develop rapidly, efficiently, and successfully. The assistance I received was excellent, and I am very grateful.
