Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
James and Jack were fantastic to deal with; they were sensitive with my belongings and did a fantastic job. The phrase "anything is possible" embodied optimism and resolve in their eyes. Consequently, the pressure dropped rapidly. I think it's fantastic.
James quickly gave us a price and arranged a moving schedule from DE to FL that worked for our family. They have their own vehicles and storage with the right temperature, making the move hassle-free. The team packed, loaded, unloaded, and then packed up our house again. Despite having a lot of stuff, they did it effortlessly. They'll be the first ones we call if we ever move again.
The expected delivery window was not followed, and the belongings arrived much later than planned. We had to change our arrangements while waiting for the truck. Updates were not provided regularly, which made the delay more frustrating. Better communication would have helped.
I had to move my piano and a few heavy bookshelves to my new house. The movers handled everything so carefully, especially the piano, and they set it right where I wanted.
We had a stunning experience with their movers. Carl crew packed our possessions thoroughly with bubble wrap and padding. They also disassembled our baby’s crib and reassembled it after delivery too. If we ever move again, we’ll definitely hire them!
Our attic had holiday decorations stacked in old boxes. The movers handled them gently and packed them tightly. I opened those boxes in the new house and saw nothing broken, and I was thankful for their care.
The service lacked professionalism and proper coordination. There were multiple scheduling issues, and I had to follow up several times for information. The experience could have been much better.
This was my first time hiring movers, and I wasn't sure what to expect. They showed up friendly, packed everything tightly, and kept talking to me through the process. Not a single thing broke
My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.
The night before the move, my employer cancelled my booking and offered no assistance in finding a substitute. They wouldn't return my deposit, so I frantically tried to make other arrangements. I will never recommend anyone.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. United One Vanlines holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
