They exceeded all of my expectations, and I had fun doing it. I want to thank Thomas and his crew for excellently transporting our house across the islands.
They arrived at 8 a.m. sharp, expertly loaded and transported our possessions to our new home, and finished the task by 4 p.m. What's more, they were upfront about the need for a smaller shuttle truck, so we didn't have to worry about any hidden fees. The movers were fantastic the whole time.
The service lacked professionalism and proper coordination. There were multiple scheduling issues, and I had to follow up several times for information. The experience could have been much better.
This was my first time hiring movers, and I wasn't sure what to expect. They showed up friendly, packed everything tightly, and kept talking to me through the process. Not a single thing broke
The expected delivery window was not followed, and the belongings arrived much later than planned. We had to change our arrangements while waiting for the truck. Updates were not provided regularly, which made the delay more frustrating. Better communication would have helped.
Avoid this moving company at all costs. All around a nightmare experience. They showed up late. The customer service was straight out of KGB Eastern Bloc style something. They took no care of my mom's inventory (furniture, lamps, household goods, etc) and ended up destroying or damaging over 5k usd of her stuff during the interstate move. And they offered a 40 usd refund after I documented it all and took hours detailing it. Absolutely do not allow this company to touch your move from home to new home.
The work relocation freaked out everybody, including me, but Andrew and his crew made it much easier. The team was courteous and competent. We breezed over the transition from TX to NY. All of my priceless possessions arrived safely and on time. I appreciate how easy you work for me.
My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.
We moved a piano, two bookshelves, and 15 boxes into storage. The movers arranged everything so neatly that I still have room left inside. Very impressed. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need storage moves.
I’ve hired their movers twice now and both experiences have been awesome. Joseph was my moving coordinator each time and he ensured that I had comfortable experiences. His movers even reassembled some heavy furniture and reinstalled my electronics as well. The customer service is remarkable!
