Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
The night before the move, my employer cancelled my booking and offered no assistance in finding a substitute. They wouldn't return my deposit, so I frantically tried to make other arrangements. I will never recommend anyone.
My boxes were stacked so high in the truck that I saw them swaying when we hit a bump. I asked them to secure the load, but they laughed and said it would be fine. It’s a miracle more stuff didn’t break.
This moving team really impressed me because they paid super close attention to all the little details. Right from the start, they made a list of every single thing I had to move, making sure nothing got lost. They used top-notch materials to pack up my delicate stuff safely. Plus, they gave me a super handy labeling system, making it a piece of cake to unpack everything.
They managed to move everything from my small apartment to a larger space without a hitch. The movers stayed cheerful even through multiple flights of stairs, which made the day feel less exhausting for me.
The movers checked out both our old and new homes before the move. They found any potential problems and planned for them. It helped avoid any surprises during the move.
The expected delivery window was not followed, and the belongings arrived much later than planned. We had to change our arrangements while waiting for the truck. Updates were not provided regularly, which made the delay more frustrating. Better communication would have helped.
The service lacked professionalism and proper coordination. There were multiple scheduling issues, and I had to follow up several times for information. The experience could have been much better.
I had to move my piano and a few heavy bookshelves to my new house. The movers handled everything so carefully, especially the piano, and they set it right where I wanted.
This was my first time hiring movers, and I wasn't sure what to expect. They showed up friendly, packed everything tightly, and kept talking to me through the process. Not a single thing broke
I highly recommend United One Vanlines Movers; their service has been phenomenal throughout; not a single item was dented or hitched; everything was smooth and quick.
