Moving company in Phoenix, AZ
I recently used U-Haul for my move and everything went as planned. The booking process was simple, the equipment was in good condition, and the customer service was friendly. I would definitely use U-Haul again for future moves.
Nice people and fast unloading for truck driver. I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got! Everything went smoothly.
Whether you're moving across town or to another state, U-Haul provides rental trucks, trailers, and moving accessories designed to help simplify the relocation process.
The lack of communication and customer service is appalling We had an appointment for a hitch install and when arrived, were told it had to be pushed out a week. Then we were told an hour and it took to 3 hrs
The movers were kind and went well with moving my study desk and futon. They also provided me with reasonably priced moving materials.
U-Haul offers truck rentals and moving equipment for and long-distance moves. Customers can choose from a range of vehicle sizes along with packing supplies and trailer rental options.
I booked and prepaid for a hitch installation had to wait 10 days for appointment when scheduled day and time arrive no part and technician was off that day .I'm mad got a full refund I'll take my business elsewhere
Renting a truck from U-Haul was a smooth experience. The vehicle was clean, easy to drive, and ready when I arrived. The staff was helpful and made the pickup process quick and hassle-free.
U-Haul provides moving solutions including truck rentals, self-storage, trailers, and packing supplies. Its goal is to give customers flexible options for planning and completing their move.
The truck smelled horrible, the staff was super rude, and i got charged double than what i should have. Do not have a $100 hold on your truck they will take it all.
